Nelly

Nelly is the proprietor of Nelly's Deli as seen in the Sesame Street Book Club title The Sesame Street Sun. Prairie Dawn calls Nelly's to order peanut butter sandwiches for her and Betty Lou. They have to settle for egg salad though, due to the mysterious disappearance of 128 of Nelly's peanut butter sandwiches (possibly due to the magic of The Amazing Mumford). Later in the story, Nelly places an article in The Sun regarding the missing sandwiches, listing her telephone number as 123-321.
