Nancy O'Dell (b. 1966) is an American television host and journalist, former co-host of Access Hollywood, now working at Entertainment Tonight. She appears in the 40th season of Sesame Street.

O'Dell has guest starred as herself on Hannah Montana, Beverly Hills, 90210, and 30 Rock, appeared on the soap operas Days of Our Lives and General Hospital, co-hosts the The Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon, and was to appear on the eighth season of Dancing with the Stars before withdrawing from an injury before the season premiere.
