NTR is a Dutch broadcasting foundation that began on September 1st, 2010. It evolved from the merger of former broadcasters NPS, Teleac, and RVU. NTR is an independent broadcaster that focuses on information, education, and culture.

NTR televises several children's programs that were previously broadcast by NPS, including Sesamstraat and De avonturen van Bert en Ernie.
