When Bear pays a visit to the Otter Pond, he gets the first word of strange events happening in and around the Big Blue House. Pip and Pop were playing with sticks, but then they disappeared. When Tutter and Ojo lose items too, they decide to team up as detectives to try and solve the mystery.
