As Clementine is about to ring the supper bell, she sees it's a triangle and is reminded of her old home and begins singing "My Triangle Home" (to the tune of "Home on the Range"), where she lived in a triangle house, picked triangle crops and tended to the triangular cows. After her song, she calls the cowboys in for dinner, which to their disappointment, is triangle fritters.
