Murray Has a Little Lamb

Murray Has a Little Lamb is a recurring Sesame Street segment that debuted in Season 39 which takes a five minute slot of the show with Murray Monster and a pink lamb named Ovejita. The viewers try to help Murray figure out what kind of school Ovejita is taking him by the clues she gives out like inside hot dog carts (a pizza box from the pizzeria in later episodes), newspaper stands, magical trees with a button (or a garden with a magical watering can), playground with clues from the slide, and moving statues. Since Ovejita can only speak Spanish, she has to leads Murray all over New York City in search of visual clues to better explain to Murray about the school. Either Murray would help Ovejita give him clues, Ovejita would tell Murray to guess (adevinar) before she gives out more clues, or Murray would try to tell Ovejita what school they are going to before she gives him more clues but he would say the wrong school and try a different school.
Each segment begins with an opening sequence, with a rap theme song. In the first episode and some later episodes, they made the theme song a bit shorter.
