Muppets, Monster & Magie (Muppets, Monsters & Magic) is a 1987 book published as a companion to the exhibit of the same name at the Deutsches Filmmuseum ("German Movie Museum") in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, which was on display from November 29, 1987 to January 24, 1988.
The book is similar to the 1980 Art of the Muppets book, based on the American traveling exhibit.
The German book describes the history of Jim Henson's creations on 40 pages, from Sam and Friends to Labyrinth, complete with 74 photos of the characters and looks behind the scenes — some of which were never published anywhere else.
