In 1979, Beswick made prototype ceramic figurines of Kermit & Miss Piggy. The figurines were never produced commercially. The bottom reads "Kermit the Frog, Henson Associates, Inc., 1979, Beswick, England." & "Miss Piggy, Henson Associates, Inc., 1979, Beswick, England."
