Colorforms produced a Muppet Show set in 1980. The set featured Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and Fozzie Bear on stage at the Muppet Theater. The Colorforms pieces added costumes and props to the characters' scene.

The art for the box and interior were drawn by illustrator Drew Struzan. The design was one of many in the same form for colorforms. Other featured Mickey Mouse, Raggedy Ann, as well as a Sesame Street set, Ernie and Bert Puppetforms Theatre.
