Palisades also considered giving the Beaker figure that ability to have his head pushed into his shirt, but the material used for the ball-jointed shoulders would have gotten in the way of his head being pushed down, so this idea was dropped. Released: Summer 2002

Figure: Beaker

Articulation: Neck, ball joint shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, ankles

Accessoires: Gorilla Detector, Experimenting Table

The first playset made by Palisades Toys in honour of The Muppet Show's 25th anniversary. The Muppet Labs set, which looked more than the insides of MuppetVision 3D than the set on The Muppet Show featured a table with experimenting equipment, big windows, two machines with moving levers, and a big machine with a round window that Beaker could be placed in upside down. Beaker could also be strapped onto the experimenting/torturing table. The Gorilla Detector from episode 116: Avery Schreiber was added as a fan favorite.

Originally, the Beaker figure was sculpted with a closed mouth, which could open.
