The Munchkinland Statue is one of the more prominent landmarks of Munchkinland in The Muppets' Wizard of Oz. Standing near the center of town, this statue, presumably portraying a past hero of the Munchkins, is not unlike the many monuments to great generals and soldiers found in other countries. This statue differs slightly, as it depicts a Munchkin, who, like his kind, bears a striking resemblance to a rat, in knight's armor. The Munchkin knight is aboard a presumably tamed cat, reared up as if about to gallop into a melee.
