Mrs. Warthog arrived in Mopatop's Shop looking for a birthday cake for her sons Wendall's 4th birthday in the episode "Ants". Mopatop did not have a cake on stock but he and Puppyduck would bake it so she could pick it up later after she had finished her other errands.
When she returned for the cake it was not finished as the ingredients mysteriously kept vanishing, but it turned out that an army of ants had baked the cake, so she could take it home to her sons birthday.
The puppet was recycled from Bernice the Warthog, who appeared on The Animal Show.
