Mrs. Appleby

Mrs. Appleby is the leader of a Frog Scouts troop. Kermit's nephew Robin is a member of Mrs. Appleby's troop.
She appeared in episode 509 of The Muppet Show, and had cameos in The Muppets Take Manhattan and The Muppet Christmas Carol.
