Mr. Plagueman

Mr. Plagueman is one of the rat tourists in Muppet Treasure Island. He's the only tourist who's named, as Rizzo welcomes him aboard. He surfaces in several later scenes, notably enjoying the native floor show as Benjamina Gunn makes her entrance.
