Mr. Nose was the Mystery Guest on Guy Smiley's "What's My Part?" game show on Episode 0131 of Sesame Street. None of the monsters on the panel -- Bennett Snerf, Arlene Frantic and Cookie Monster -- had noses, so they couldn't identify the guest.
