Mr. Draper is an advertising executive, as seen in a Sesame Street parody sketch of Mad Men. His two employees pitch him ad ideas for "Happy Honey Bear Honey." However, the pictures they first display don't make him or them happy, but mad and sad (although Mr. Draper's deadpan manner makes it hard to differentiate). He and his men become happy again when the boys pitch a picture of a bear eating his honey and the team celebrates.
The character's name, and design, is based on Jon Hamm's Mad Men character, Don Draper, and it marks one of Frank Oz's few recent performances as a one-time Sesame character.
