Moises Arias

Moises Arias (b. 1994) is an American child actor best known for his role as Rico on Disney Channel's Hannah Montana. He appeared in Studio DC Hosted by Selena Gomez along with Jake T. Austin where the two learned the art of criticism from Statler and Waldorf.
