Mitchel Young Evans is a mime, clown, and photographer who served as a suit performer on Dinosaurs, as Fran Sinclair in the first season, and in the second season episode "Employee of the Month."

Evans' other credits include guest appearances on Far Out Space Nuts, Wonder Woman, Buck Rogers in the 21st Century (as a mime), Alice (as robot waitress Blanche), The A-Team, Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre, and The Suite Life of Zak and Cody (as Maurice the Mime). Film credits include Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula (as a shadow puppeteer), The Incredible Shrinking Woman (with Lily Tomlin), and Flicks (with Richard Belzer).
