Miss Nanny's Bus was introduced in the episode "You Ought to Be in Pictures" of the 2018 Muppet Babies reboot, in which Miss Nanny takes the babies on a field trip to a local art museum.

Visually a precursor to the Electric Mayhem Bus, it is likely inspired by the iconic vehicle. The babies' trademark symbols of the show adorn the exterior and interior.

In 2019, a musical toy of the bus was released by Just Play, labeled the "Friendship School Bus" playset (including a re-release of the Piggy figure, and an exclusive Animal figure).
