Miss Belle is one of the villains from The Jim Henson Hour's Dog City episode.

Miss Belle is the key associate of Bugsy Them, and has the reputation for being one of the more attractive dames in Dog City. In fact, her name alone causes every dog to start drooling. Despite being respected she lives a life of crime alongside Bugsy and his pack, often found grooming her beau's long tail.
