Milton the Blue-Footed Booby is a character in The Animal Show.

He appeared in the episode "Wasp & Blue-Footed Booby" where he tells Stinky the Skunk and Jake the Polar Bear about blue-footed boobies and their blue feet.

His puppet is later recycled as Lois in Bear in the Big Blue House.
