Milo is a royal page in the kingdom of Didd who appears semi-regularly during the second season of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss. In "The Cat in the Hat's Flower Power," Milo wants to plant a tree and then daydreams about what he would love the tree to do when it's grown.
