Milkshake! is a UK television programming block on Five, Five USA, and Fiver, aimed at children 2 to 7 years old. The strand debuted in 1997.

To celebrate Naomi's 10th anniversary as host of the Milkshake Elmo appeared Tuesday, June 29, Wednesday, June 30 and Friday, July 2, 2010. While in Britain, Elmo has also appeared on ITV's morning show, This Morning.

Bear and Barney has also been guests on Milkshake!.
