Milkshake! is a UK television programming block on Five, Five USA, and Fiver, aimed at children 2 to 7 years old. The strand debuted in 1997.

To celebrate Naomi Wilkinson's 10th anniversary as host of the Milkshake! Elmo appeared Tuesday, June 29, Wednesday, June 30 and Friday, July 2, 2010. Warrick Brownlow-Pike assisted Kevin Clash for these appearances. While in Britain, Elmo has also appeared on ITV's morning show, This Morning. Elmo returned to co-host Milkshake with Jen Pringle from Tuesday, Spetember 6 to Friday, Spetember 9, 2011.
