Milkshake! is a UK television programming block on Five, Five USA, and Fiver, aimed at children 2 to 7 years old. The strand debuted in 1997.

To celebrate Naomi Wilkinson's 10th anniversary as host of the Milkshake! Elmo appeared Tuesday, June 29, Wednesday, June 30 and Friday, July 2, 2010. Warrick Brownlow-Pike assisted Kevin Clash for these appearances. While in Britain, Elmo has also appeared on ITV's morning show, This Morning. Elmo returned to co-host Milkshake with Jen Pringle from Tuesday, Spetember 6 to Friday, September 9, 2011.

Abby Cadabby appeared live on August 10. According to an announcement: "Abby's Fairy Friday will take place on August 10th, when the character joins host Jen Pringle to read out emails, show birthday cards and pictures, and join in with various activities. Viewers will also have the chance to win Abby goodies in a special competition."

Bear has also guested on Milkshake!.
