Michaelangelo, a member of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, appeared in the 1990 television special Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue, which also featured the Muppet Babies. Like the other animated characters, Michaelangelo lectures protagonist Michael sternly about the dangers of drug abuse, ignoring the stoner-aspects of his own lingo.
