Keeping to the subject, if a character is mentioned in only one instance and that's all we know of the character, then we don't need to create a page for that character, as our notability policy explains. Whereas Ernie's cousin Fred, for example, has been a subject of at least two Sesame Street books, Ernie's daddy is mentioned only in the song "When I Was Little" and nowhere else. Needless to say, it doesn't make an interesting page based on that info alone. You might want to take a look at our policy and FAQ pages, and once more, please reply since good communication is an important trait here. Thanks.
Hi. I reverted your edits on Kermoot as it was already redirected. The reason why Miss Poogy is the only member of the Moopets that has a page is because she has a major speaking role, while the other members are basically one-note parts.
