Meryl Streep (b. 1949) is an acclaimed actress of stage, screen and television. Nominated for 17 Academy Awards, and winning three, Streep holds the record for the most nominations in Academy Award history. She has also garnered two Emmy Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, multiple Grammy Awards nominations, and a Tony nomination, among countless other honors.

In 2010, she and Miss Piggy made the rounds on the red carpet together at the Good Housekeeping Shine On Event.
