Meredith Vieira (b. 1953) is a television personality who has hosted The View, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and currently, The Today Show.

Vieira appeared in a 2007 episode of Sesame Street to chug like a train as she presented "pretend" as the Word of the Day.

She was also spoofed with the (unseen) Grouch character Meredith Beware-a on Sesame Street.

Vieira also appeared in an episode of Sesame Street's 40th season to present the word "Hibernate."
