Matthew Modine (b. 1959) is an American actor best known to mainstream audiences for his portrayal of Private Joker in the Stanley Kubrick film Full Metal Jacket.
He starred in the Jim Henson's Creature Shop production Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story, as Jack.
