Maripaz García is an actress and puppeteer who has performed the right-hand of Pancho Contreras on Plaza Sésamo, the Mexican co-production of Sesame Street. García has been a frequent supporting player on telenovelas, including Más allá del puente (as Viviana), El noveno mandamiento (as Margarita), and Amar otra vez (as Irma).
