Martin Soto is a Mexican voice actor who has dubbed the voice of Count von Count for Plaza Sesamo and related productions, and the title role and narration in the Creature Shop film Merlin.

His other dub credits include Egon in The Real Ghostbusters, Professor Utonium in The Powerpuff Girls, Tim Taylor in Home Improvement, and various anime roles including Malik Ishtar in Yu-Gi-Oh!.
