Martin Sælan is the puppeteer assistant for Elmo on Sesamgade, the Danish Sesame Street co-production, since episode 14. Beside working Elmos right hand he also plays the letters in some of the episode.

He finished his architect studies in 1999, and has since worked as a freelance on various tv productions as a set designer. He have also designed and build puppet charcters for DR most notably are the set and characters for Gepetto News, where he also puppeteered some of the characters.
