Mark Watters is a composer, orchestrator conductor for film and television, working primarily in animation and family films. He scored It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie, along with Christopher Klatman. Watters was the primary composer, supplying the main and end title theme and various instrumental songs, including "12 Days of De Lame," "Can Can Practice," "Liver Dance," and "Moulin Scrooge".

Watters' other credits include direct-to-video projects featuring The Chipmunks and Winnie the Pooh, as well as the series Goof Troop and Aladdin.
