Mark Linn-Baker (b. 1954) is an American actor and director, known best as starring in the sitcom Perfect Strangers. He also had a recurring role in the 2009 revival of The Electric Company as Uncle Sigmund Scrambler.
He appeared as Barkley's veterinarian in Episode 3593 of Sesame Street.
