PERFORMER | Fran Brill |
DEBUT | 2006 |
Marissa is a mouse featured in Sesame Street Episode 4123.
Telly brings Marissa to be part of the group's Automatic Lemonade Pouring Machine. However, after assembling the elaborate machine, it fails to work properly. Marissa encourages the group to not give up. Although the team had problems with their lemonade pouring machine, the inventors later made their invention a success and were inspired to start planning a new invention: An Automatic Pancake-Flipping Machine.
The puppet was repurposed with very few modifications from a mouse that appeared in "Barn in the USA" (also performed by Fran Brill).
Notes[]
- Sesame Workshop's original episode description for Episode 4123 referred to the mouse as "Squeaky," however in the episode itself she was known as "Marissa."
