Mame is a 1966 Broadway musical written by Jerry Herman, originally starring Angela Lansbury and Bea Arthur. The musical was adapted to film in 1974 starring Lucille Ball.
Songs performed by the Muppets[]
- A Muppet Family Christmas opens with the cast singing "We Need a Little Christmas" (with some slightly altered lyrics here and there) while driving to Fozzie Bear's mother's house.
- Miss Piggy performed a variation of the titular song on The Rosie O'Donnell Show on February 8, 1999, substituting "Mame" for "Moi."[1]
