Maiko Kawakami (ε·δΈιΊ»θ‘£ε, b. February 5, 1966, Stockholm, Sweden) is a Japanese actress. She appeared in Big Bird in Japan as the mysterious young woman who befriends Big Bird, eventually revealed to be Kaguya-Hime, the Bamboo Princess. Kawakami's non-English language credits include the films Blackboard, Warning, This Man Is Wild, and Catharsis.
