Luke Warm, who is from Wisconsin, appears on The Crying Game, a Sesame Street game show hosted by Sonny Friendly.
Sonny proceeds to tell Luke a sad story regarding what would have happened if it's Friday and the phone rings as his best friend, Bill, tells him that he can't come over and play. This sad story causes Luke to cry a little bit and said, "Bill can't come over and play? Oh, no!"
