Luis Alfonso Padilla

Luis Alfonso Padilla is a Mexican voice actor who dubbed the TV announcer in El Mundo de Elmo, the Spanish-language Mexican dub of Elmo's World, and various animals in Dr. Dolittle, including a St. Bernard, duck, and horses.
He has released two dance tracks on compilation albums, and his other dub credits include Joe in the 1997 redub of Disney's Lady and the Tramp and live-action dub roles in X-Men and Dawn of the Dead.
