Lucie de Lange (b. 1957) is a Dutch singer and actress who has provided many female voices for Sesamstraat, the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street, in the last decade. Her characters include Zoe, Roxie Marie, Cookie Monster's Mommy, and Count von Count's Mother.

She has also dubbed the voice of Smurfette in The Smurfs and Clarabelle Cow in Mickey Mouse's version of The Three Musketeers.
