Luba Merquick is a Grouch from Slime Bottom, Arkansas. She appears on Oscar's reality show Real Grouches. She is the only Grouch that can play music with chalk on a blackboard. She is very proud of her talent, which makes Oscar very jealous. Of her talent, Oscar says it "Must drive everybody right outta their skulls!"
