Love the Earth! is a Sesame Street DVD about environmental awareness. It was first released on May 13, 2008 exclusively at Walmart and Sam's Club stores, and later went to a wide release in 2009.

Papa Bear takes Baby Bear, Elmo and Zoe on a hike in Bear National Park so that they may earn a Bear Scout badge by spotting a Blue-Feathered Swallowing Swallow. Along the way, they learn about the beauty of nature and how best to take care of the Earth from the help of Park Ranger Squirrel.

FRAME 2 Baby Bear finishes up his snack, then throws his wrapper on the ground. Suddenly, a figure whooshes by them. He reveals himself to be Park Ranger Squirrel and reminds Baby Bear of the park policy of not littering. Baby Bear tries justifying himself, claiming one piece of trash isn't likely to do any damage. Park Ranger Squirrel turns their attention to a nearby spot completely covered with litter from people who thought the same. They all vow to help clean up the mess.

FRAME 4 The group rests while Baby Bear decides to make a drawing of the trees. Elmo then tells a joke about trees and dogs, using the "bark" pun. Baby Bear messes up his drawing and is about to start over on a new sheet, when Park Ranger Squirrel appears again to advise him to reuse the same paper, but on the other side, so they can save the trees Baby Bear is drawing. Baby Bear then reuses Elmo's joke. The Blue-Feathered Swallowing Swallow cracks up from a tree above.

FRAME 5 Everyone tries to attract the bird by making it's trademark call: "Tweet tweet gulp!" Elmo gets thirsty and heads for the water fountain. He takes joy in watching the water go down the drain, until Park Ranger Squirrel appears again. However, they already know he's wasting water and they need to converse water. They then hear "Tweet tweet gulp!' nearby. But, they find it's only a rabbit who pronounces her Rs like Ws and thinks the water is a "treat".

FRAME 5 cont'd Baby Bear vows he won't be fooled by the "wascally wabbit" again (noticing his own speech impediment). The Swallowing Swallow makes his call from behind the stump, but Baby Bear thinks it's the rabbit again and leaves.

FRAME 6 The scouts all gather around a pond and note how beautiful the park is and want the rest of the world to be the same. Papa Bear points out the solution is in the pond. The kids look and see their own reflections, meaning it's up to them to keep the Earth clean. They all sing "Picture a World", and the Swallowing Swallow appears in a tree above, nodding in agreement.

FRAME 7 The day is almost over and they still haven't found the Swallowing Swallow. But, Papa Bear gives them a badge in lieu: the Love the Earth badge. Park Ranger Squirrel appears again to say goodbye and also to show off his Bear Scout badges (which also includes the Love the Earth badge). As they head out, they spot the Swallow nonchalantly walking past them and head after it.
