Loretta Lynn

Loretta Lynn (b. 1935) is one of the most celebrated and honored country singers. She was the guest star on The Muppet Show episode 308, and also sang a song with the Count on Sesame Street.
Her signature song is "Coal Miner's Daughter." She was elected to the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1988.
Her younger sister, Crystal Gayle, was also a Muppet Show guest.
