Palisades Muppet Figures
Character Lips
Date Fall 2004
Series 9
Lipsfigure

The Lips figure was released in Series 9, the last series of Jim Henson's Muppets action figures, and completed the set of Electric Mayhem figures.

Three different Lips figures were produced. The "regular" Lips wore a white shirt with an elaborate paint design. Lips number two wore a brown shirt. Lips number three wore a silver shirt, and his head was a different sculpt. All three Lips came with different lava lamps, record album sleeves, lunchboxes and trumpets.

The two dancing slinky-like Muppets from the Java number in episode 122 were added as packins. The silver suited Lips had repainted Java Muppets with a green/blue design and the brown suited Lips also had the same Java Muppets from the "regular" Lips, but with more dark pink/orange tones.

Articulation includes ball-jointed neck, ball-jointed shoulders, biceps, elbows, wrists, ball-jointed hips, knees, and ankles.

Songs from a Muppet... You've Never Heard Of featuring the music of Zubin Beckmesser were one of the records include with the action figure.
