The down-on-your-luck song "Life Gets Teejus Don't It" was sung by Paul, the gray fiddler from the Gogolala Jubilee Jugband, with help from Rover Joe the Hound Dog in episode 123 of The Muppet Show. During the song, Paul sits in a rocking chair, while Rover Joe lies near him on the front porch of a shack.
