Let's Make Music is a 2000 Sesame Street video collecting segments about musical instruments from the show, with a new framing sequence involving the members of Stomp and Telly losing his tuba.

	Muppets	In the park, Bert overhears the sound of a tuba - his favorite instrument. It's actually Simon Soundman, who's "just practicing." Bert begs Simon to teach him how to make that sound by himself, but Bert ends up attracting Gladys the Cow, who thinks she heard the romantic call of a bull. (EKA: Episode 2404)
	Scene 2	Telly passes Hooper's Store and tells Alan he’s about to play with a famous music group. But, when he runs to the arbor to get his tuba, he’ finds its not there. He worries that he’ll never be able to make music again.

	Scene 3	Elmo tries cheering up Telly by showing he can still make music. He, Alan, the Honkers, a Dinger, Oscar and the kids perform “What Makes Music?” to show him all the things he can make music with. After the song, they watch a woman pass by, making music from shaking her mint container.

	Scene 5	Oscar holds a Grouchkateer meeting where they bang cans to make music. The two men who have Telly’s tuba ask them if they lost it. They learn Oscar and friends are playing the “Can-Can” game, where people with cans can only play. They leave and come back with large barrels on the feet and sticks to hit them with.

	Scene 6	Baby Bear looks in Hooper’s for Telly’s tuba, when he sighs into one of the empty glass bottles, making a noise. He and the STOMP patrons in the store begin making music from them.

	Scene 8	Elmo introduces Telly to Luke and explains his problem. Luke shows him that he can still make music, as a flood of STOMP members and other kids dance into the arbor, making music from ordinary objects. Telly’s tuba is then returned to him.
