Let's Eat! is a 1998 Sesame Street storybook featuring Cookie Monster.
Cookie Monster invites Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Zoe, Elmo and Betty Lou to a dinner party in this rhyming story. In preparation, he chooses recipes, shops for ingredients, tidies up his house for his guests and prepares an elaborate turkey and pumpkin pie dinner. Everyone eats, helps wash the dishes and watches football on television, but Cookie is still hungry. Finally, he decides to "eat this book," literally taking a bite of the page.
The book was reissued in 2007 by Dalmatian Press.
