Lester Possum is a recurring Muppet character on Statler and Waldorf: From the Balcony. He first appeared in Episode 16 and has made a subsequent appearance in Episode 18. On both occasions, he has interviewed actual people who are walking near the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood in a "Man on the Street" fashion, filling a role Pepe the King Prawn once played on the series. Lester's questions (and smart-aleck retorts) were mostly movie-related.
