Leon the Grouch is one of Oscar's Grouch friends. He lives in a broken-down shack at the dump.

In the story "Oscar Has a Bad Dream" in The Sesame Street Bedtime Storybook, Oscar dreams about visiting Leon, and finding that his friend has become neat and dressy.
